Good company starts with care.
Code of Conduct
Make room for everyone
Treat guests, creators, staff, suppliers and organisers with dignity. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unwanted sexual attention and threats have no place in the room. Respect personal boundaries and a person's decision not to participate.
Be a considerate guest
Arrive within the agreed window, follow venue instructions and communicate changes early. An invitation is personal unless the organiser confirms a plus-one. Respect staff, shared spaces and the experience of other guests.
Ask before you capture
Respect requests not to be photographed, filmed or tagged. Take care around children, private conversations and non-public spaces. Obtain appropriate permission before using another person's content, and disclose commercial relationships where required.
Keep commitments honest
Represent your profile and work accurately. Agree expectations before an event, make required disclosures and never invent attendance or performance results. Tell the event team when a commitment becomes difficult so an alternative can be discussed.
Put safety first
Follow lawful venue rules and staff safety directions. Do not pressure others to drink or participate. If someone is in immediate danger, contact venue staff or local emergency services; a website form is not monitored emergency support.
Speak up with care
For an immediate event concern, speak to the organiser or venue duty manager. For a non-urgent enquiry, email concierge@guesthaus.xyz or use the contact form, sharing only the details needed to arrange follow-up. The final code must confirm a confidential reporting process; this draft does not promise anonymity or a particular response time.
Fair follow-through
The proposed approach is to listen, document relevant facts, take proportionate safety steps and give people a fair opportunity to respond. Final rules for warnings, invitation changes, account restrictions and appeals are to be confirmed.
